We’re thrilled to announce that this year, Strandwood is partnering with Missoula Children’s Theatre (MCT) to bring The Jungle Book to our stage!

During the week of January 26–31, 2026, two professional Tour Actor/Directors from MCT will work with our students to cast, rehearse, and perform a full musical production in just one week. MCT will also lead interactive, age-appropriate performing arts workshops for all Strandwood students during the school day, ensuring that every child experiences the excitement and creativity of theater—whether or not they audition for the play.

This unique residency gives our students a chance to learn confidence, teamwork, and self-expression while having an unforgettable week of fun!
